Tan Tien block, Hung Binh ward, Vinh city has comrades: Nguyen Thi Thanh Xuan - Nghe An Provincial Court, candidate for the 14th National Assembly, Hoang Minh Thi - Hung Loc Commune People's Committee, candidate for Hung Loc Commune People's Council and Nguyen Van Chin - Tan Tien block, candidate for Hung Binh Ward People's Council.
