The Supreme People's Court has just sent an official dispatch to people's courts and military courts at all levels regarding the implementation of the courtroom model.

According to the official dispatch, on November 27, 2015, at the 10th session, the 13th National Assembly passed the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code to institutionalize the Party's orientations and viewpoints on judicial reform, concretizing the provisions of the 2013 Constitution, including the provisions on "the principle of litigation in trials is guaranteed", "the right to defense of the accused, the right to protect the legitimate interests of the parties is guaranteed".
