Graduated from the Faculty of Primary Education, Vinh University, school year 2002 - 2006,Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhan was accepted to teach on a contract at a poor school in Quynh Luu district. Many of her colleagues, for various reasons, quit teaching and found other jobs. However, with her love for the profession and children, Ms. Nhan still stuck with it despite facing many economic difficulties when starting a family. In the 2014-2015 school year, she was assigned to teach at Quynh Lap A Primary School.

Witnessing the class of teacher Nguyen Thi Nhan, one can feel all the enthusiasm and love that she has for the children of Quynh Lap coastal area. The life skills lesson of class 5A talks about the lesson of an orphan boy's efforts to overcome his circumstances, aiming to instill in the hearts of the children the desire to dream and to strive no matter what the circumstances.

With her inspiring voice and natural way of raising questions, Ms. Nhan attracted all the students in the class to actively participate in the lesson. Each arm raised, she attentively listened to the students' feelings about the meaning of today's lesson, then gently gave them words of encouragement. She not only imparted knowledge, but with her heart and kindness, brought the students to lessons on how to be human.

During nearly 10 years of working, she has always learned from her senior colleagues, constantly self-studying and has created many innovative experiences that contribute to improving the quality of teaching and learning. For many years, she has been an excellent teacher at the district, town and provincial levels, especially in the 2014-2015 school year, she was one of the 10 best teachers in the province.

She is also a teacher who directly teaches and trains excellent students at the city, provincial and national levels in Mathematics at the schools where she has worked.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhan shared: “These results are thanks to the guidance of the Board of Directors, the help of colleagues and friends, especially my beloved students. They are the ones who have fulfilled my dream of standing on the podium every day, and they are also the motivation for me to constantly strive.”
