My family is the owner of apartment 142, building B3, Tan Lap block, Hung Dung ward. This apartment was purchased by daughter-in-law Nguyen Thi Hang Anh from Nghe An Housing Development and Investment Company (now Hanoi Housing Development and Investment Company No. 30). After her husband passed away, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hang Anh made a gift certificate for her husband's parents and handed it over to me:

- Original sales contract No. 162/HD-MBN dated May 10, 2004 between Ms. Hang Anh and Nghe An Housing Investment and Trading Company;

-Invoice No. 335 dated May 10, 2004

-Apartment 142, building B3, Tan Lap apartment building, Hung Dung ward

-Handwritten paper: Apartment donation paper made on October 2, 2008 between the two parties.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hang Anh passed away (January 30, 2009).

Currently, Hung Dung Ward People's Committee is publicly posting my house ownership certificate application for 60 days.

After the above period, if there are no comments, my family will complete the procedure to apply for a house ownership certificate.
