(Baonghean.vn) - The Investigation Security Department of Nghe An Province Police has successfully broken up a ring of counterfeiting documents and seals of state agencies, arresting 3 subjects and many related documents.

Through investigation, the Security Department discovered that some people without degrees had hired people to make fake degrees to complete procedures for exporting labor under the guise of studying abroad.

Conducting investigation and verification, on April 13, the Security Investigation Department's Working Group searched the house of Hoang Dinh Dong (born 1970) in Nghi Hoa ward, Cua Lo town, and discovered a number of high school diplomas and other fake documents.

Based on Dong's testimony, at 8:30 p.m. on April 14, the task force caught Nguyen Thi Huong (born in 1954), residing in Ha Huy Tap Ward, Vinh City, red-handed, while carrying a number of fake documents to deliver to customers. Searching Huong's house, they seized many types of documents, machinery and tools to produce fake documents, diplomas and certificates.

The subjects confessed that Dong was the one who researched and made transactions with those in need, then assigned the task to Ms. Huong. Ms. Huong would assign her son, Tran Dang Khuong (born 1983), to carry out the task.

Currently, Dong is being detained at the Provincial Police Detention Center, while Huong and her daughter are being detained for further investigation./.
