According to our observations in some localities in Vinh city, including Nghi Phu, Nghi Kim, Nghi Lien communes..., the polling stations are decorated with posters, banners, slogans, red flags with yellow stars, creating a bustling and joyful atmosphere for tomorrow's election day. The arrangement of polling stations ensures convenience and safety for voters to participate in voting.

Propaganda work is given top priority in localities (in Nghi Lien commune)

In Nghi Phu commune, with a large area, a large number of voters, and a diverse composition of elected people, the direction work was carried out meticulously. The whole commune had more than 11,500 voters participating in the election in 9 polling stations.
