Comrade Bui Thi Hoa:If I receive the voters' trust, when I become a member of the 14th National Assembly, I will contribute my efforts to the implementation of Resolution No. 36-NQ/TW dated July 1, 2014 of the Politburo on promoting the application and development of information technology to meet the requirements of sustainable development and international integration and Resolution No. 36a/NQ-CP dated October 14, 2015 of the Government on e-Government. Currently, Nghe An has many talented students in the field of Telecommunications and Information Technology, however, the province does not have a development environment, so they mainly work in units and enterprises outside the province. I will propose to the province and the National Assembly to have priority policies for the development of Nghe An's Information Technology Industry to attract and create jobs for students in the area.
At the same time, in my current position as Head of the Information Technology Management Department of the Department of Information and Communications, together with the unit, I will propose to the province and the National Assembly to invest in developing the telecommunications network, ensuring communication in all situations; focusing on developing both remote and isolated areas, reducing the disparity between regions so that all people can benefit from telecommunications and information technology services. I will also focus on proposing solutions to underground the communication cable network, reducing the "spider web" that causes loss of urban beauty and insecurity for people.
In addition, to promote the strengths of the industry, through press agencies, radio and television agencies, electronic information portals and the province's grassroots broadcasting system, I will work with the unit to promote information and propaganda work so that people can quickly and fully access the Party's guidelines and policies, State policies and laws, scientific and technological achievements, and farming techniques so that people can apply them to production and economic development; strengthen supervision of environmental protection and people's health protection.
In addition, I will also proactively contribute to the National Assembly in perfecting the legal system and policies on the Information and Communications sector, especially in the field of Information Technology.
PV:According to you, what needs to be done to successfully fulfill the role of a National Assembly delegate as a bridge between voters and authorities?
Comrade Bui Thi Hoa:I think that first of all, we need to regularly contact and listen to voters' opinions in many forms, spend a lot of time in the field to grasp the reality, understand voters' thoughts and aspirations, and promptly reflect to the authorities and the National Assembly, to best resolve issues that voters are concerned about.
A worthy representative must always be deeply aware that the success of his work depends mainly on the people's hearts and strength; therefore, he must trust the people, respect the people, and listen to their opinions to achieve the noble goal of constantly improving the quality of people's lives.
