Nearly 300 delegates attended the Conference to summarize 5 years of implementing Directive 03.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of April 22, the Working Group of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee held a meeting to discuss preparations for the conference to summarize 5 years of implementing Directive No. 03-CT/TW dated May 14, 2011 of the Politburo and to commend outstanding collectives and individuals in "Studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh" in the period 2011 - 2016. Comrade Ho Phuc Hop - Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department chaired.

Overview of the meeting.

The conference to review 5 years of implementing Directive No. 03-CT/TW aims to re-evaluate the results achieved, the shortcomings, limitations, causes and draw lessons; associated with the fight against ideological, moral and lifestyle degradation of cadres and party members; with the implementation of Resolution of the 4th Central Committee, Session XI "Some urgent issues on Party building at present" and the implementation of political tasks of localities, agencies, units, party organizations and each cadre, party member and the masses.

The conference is also an opportunity to commend and reward outstanding collectives and individuals in "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's moral example"; thereby promptly encouraging, promoting and widely replicating the results of studying and following the moral example of the people.

Comrade Ho Phuc Hop - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department chaired the meeting.

At the meeting, members of the Provincial Party Committee's Working Group expressed their opinions and agreed on a number of issues related to the time, location, program content and list of collectives and individuals to be honored at the conference. Accordingly, the conference will take place on May 17, 2016 at Nghe An Guest House (Vinh City) with the participation of 295 Central and local delegates.

Comrade Lam Van Doan - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Newspaper emphasized that he will strengthen and promote propaganda about typical examples of studying and following Uncle Ho in both printed publications and electronic Nghe An Newspaper.

The working group assisting the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee also assigned specific tasks to each member, including reviewing the content of the summary report and speeches, opening special pages and columns to promote typical examples in Nghe An Newspaper and the Provincial Radio and Television Station, organizing work, welcoming delegates, organizing expenses... to ensure the conference is conducted seriously, solemnly, practically, effectively and economically.
