"Truy sat" movie star to be judge of Ao Dai beauty pageant final

With experience as a judge in the first season of the show, the actor from the movie "Truy sat" was trusted with the responsibility of judging the final night on June 7.

In addition to the show's two permanent judges, Ha Anh and Henri Hubert, the hot seat of Miss Ao Dai Vietnam will welcome the return of the first female judges of the competition season - actress Truong Ngoc Anh, Chi Bao and director Le Hoang.

As someone who has accompanied the contestants throughout the long journey of the first season of Miss Ao Dai Vietnam, actress Truong Ngoc Anh understands very well the criteria and conditions for selecting Vietnamese representatives to participate in international beauty contests.

Truong Ngoc Anh took on the role of judge with Ha Anh, Chi Bao, Le Hoang, and Henri.

After Thanh Khoa's decision to leave the game, the final competition night only had 9 candidates left: Quynh Chau, Anh Thu, Quynh Nhu, Yen Nhi, Dieu Ngoc, Phuong Linh, Phuong Vy, Quynh Nga and Thu Phuong.

The 9 girls will participate in 2 rounds of competition in swimsuits and evening gowns before the judges select the 5 most promising faces to enter the behavioral round, from which they will choose beauty representatives to participate in 5 international beauty arenas: Miss World, Miss Grand International, Miss International, Miss Supranational and Miss Tourism International.

Besides the guest judges, the final round of Miss Ao Dai Vietnam 2016 will welcome the special appearance of Miss Grand International 2015 Claire Parker, Miss Ao Dai 2014 Lan Khue and 2nd runner-up Le Quyen along with other famous artists.

The final of Miss Ao Dai Vietnam 2016 – Road to the Miss World crown will be broadcast live at 7:55 p.m. on June 7 on VTV6 – Vietnam Television.
