On the morning of May 17, Lieutenant Colonel Le Hong Son - Deputy Head of Dien Chau Traffic Police Station (under the Traffic Police Department of Nghe An Province) said that the incident was carried out by the team's working group at around 4:30 p.m. on May 16, 2016 at km418 of National Highway 1A, in Dien Hong Commune, Dien Chau, Nghe An.

Animal organs are put in foam boxes.

Accordingly, at the above time, the traffic police officers at Dien Chau station, while on duty on National Highway 1A, signaled to stop a passenger bus with license plate 76B-002.88 driven by Nguyen Van Dan (born in 1982, residing in Tanh Lo, Quang Ngai).

Through inspection, traffic police discovered 10 foam boxes under the car's basement containing more than 600kg of animal products including: brains, feet, tongues, penises...

At the time of inspection, the driver could not present valid documents. It is worth mentioning that the shipment had a foul odor. Accordingly, the Dien Chau Traffic Police Station made a record and handed it over to the Dien Chau Veterinary Station for handling.
