General Department of Defense Industry surveyed the quality of weapons at Division 324

(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of May 20, a delegation of officials from the General Department of Defense Industry led by Major General Ngo Van Giao, Deputy Director of the General Department of Defense Industry, conducted an inspection and survey of the quality of weapons, equipment, and ammunition produced and repaired by the Defense Industry at Division 324.

The working group inspected and surveyed the quality of the sighting glasses for the Mortar 100 and the DKZ 82 gun.

In recent years, the assimilation of weapons, equipment, ammunition as well as grenades, explosives and explosive devices produced by the Vietnam Defense Industry has been exploited and used by agencies and units in the entire Division, ensuring sufficient quantity with the prescribed synchronous standards. Specifically, units in the entire Division have been re-synchronized with the same type, thereby ensuring good basic quality, meeting well the tasks of combat readiness, training, exercises at all levels and other sudden tasks of the Division.

At the inspection, Major General Ngo Van Giao highly appreciated the exploitation and use of weapons and technical equipment of Division 324 in the past time. Although there were many small shortcomings in the production process as well as difficulties in the scientific aspect of general training for the subjects and each shooting exercise, the leaders and commanders of the Division paid attention to directing the technical sector to actively and proactively overcome, handle, improve, and maintain promptly, thereby meeting the technical work in the combat readiness training mission.
