(Baonghean.vn)- According to the Department of Planning and Investment, the capital for basic construction assigned in 2016 reached 4,601,461 billion VND, as of June 30, the implementation reached 52.94% of the volume, disbursement reached 50.9%. In which, the disbursement of ODA capital was higher than previous years with 87%.

ODA capital planned to be assigned 995,037 billion VND, by June 30, implementation reached 891,652 billion VND, disbursement reached 87% of the plan, the highest ever due to the regulation that in 2016, disbursement of foreign capital must follow the assigned plan. Therefore, projects such as Vinh Sub-urban Area are in great need of disbursement to maximize capital from sponsors, and the province's counterpart capital must also be guaranteed.

Government bond capital volume implemented reached 136 billion, disbursement reached 21.78%.
