The Prime Minister has just issued a directive regarding the addition of the construction of the Do Cung bridge in Nghe An province to the BOT project for the expansion of National Highway 1, specifically the section from the southern end of Ben Thuy bridge to the bypass around Ha Tinh city.

The Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Transport to coordinate with the People's Committee of Nghe An province on the investment plan for the construction of the Do Cung bridge across the Lam River and to decide on adding the construction of the Do Cung bridge to the BOT project for the expansion of National Highway 1, section from the southern end of Ben Thuy bridge to the bypass around Ha Tinh city. This is to ensure the integration and effectiveness of the added item within the project, without increasing the total investment or affecting the project's financial plan.
