Along the 40km road from Muong Xen town to the communes where early elections were held, such as Huu Lap, Bao Thang..., everywhere you could see billboards, banners, slogans, and loudspeakers broadcasting election day propaganda, making the atmosphere of the village even more bustling. Along with that were the bright, cheerful eyes on the faces still covered in sweat after clearing the fields for farming.
At the headquarters of the People's Committee of Bao Thang commune, where the list of delegates was posted, although the early summer sun was gradually becoming harsh, we saw many people present, discussing and exchanging enthusiastically about issues of concern to them, and the wishes they wanted to send to the next National Assembly.
