Accordingly, at the above time, two young men, Bui Van An and Bui Van Vui (residents of Hamlet 11, Quynh Hung Commune, Quynh Luu) were driving an EXCITER motorbike with license plate 37L1 - 9898 in the direction from Quynh Thanh to Quynh Thach at high speed and crashed into an electric pole on the right side of the road. The strong impact caused both of them to fall onto the road and die on the spot.
