At the conference, delegates were informed of the basic contents of the political report of the 12th National Party Congress; the results of the implementation of the socio-economic development tasks for the 5 years 2011-2015, and the socio-economic development orientation for the 5 years 2016-2020.

Delegates were also informed of the main contents of Directive 05-CT/TW, dated May 15, 2016 of the Politburo (12th tenure) on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; assessing the implementation results of Resolution 4 of the 11th Party Central Committee "Some urgent issues on Party building at present", Resolution 02-NQ/TU of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on cadre rotation...

The Standing Committee of Tuong Duong District Party Committee also approved the Action Program of the District Party Committee on implementing the Resolution of the 12th National Party Congress with key tasks such as: Project on land allocation, forest allocation, and forestry land lease for the period 2016-2020.

Plan to control food hygiene and safety associated with building agricultural product brands in the district; Evaluate the results of implementing policies on compensation for site clearance, resettlement and hydropower projects in the district; Pilot project of the "One Office" model at the commune level from now until 2020... and lead the organization to seriously implement Directive 05-CT/TW of the Politburo.

The Standing Committee of Tuong Duong District Party Committee requested that immediately after receiving the contents of the conference, all 50 grassroots party organizations under the District Party Committee develop an Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 12th Party Congress with contents close to the political tasks and actual situation of their agencies and units; at the same time, organize the dissemination and study of the contents of the Resolution and Directive 05 to each cadre, party member and worker.
