Handling 5 Chinese people violating Vietnamese law

Five Chinese people entered Vietnam with tourist visas but in fact worked illegally as accountants and tour guides.

On July 18, the Department of Tourism of Da Nang City announced that it had just coordinated with the Immigration Department - PA92 (Da Nang City Police) to discover five cases of Chinese people violating Vietnamese law.

Specifically, the authorities conducted an administrative inspection of Nature Love Service - Tourism Company Limited (Son Tra District, Da Nang) and discovered that 5 Chinese people were working there.

According to the records and documents, these five people entered Vietnam with tourist visas but in reality worked as accountants and tour guides illegally. The inspection team drew up a record of administrative violations for the acts of "foreigners entering the country to practice a profession or engage in other activities without permission from competent authorities; Foreigners not declaring temporary residence as prescribed or using temporary residence certificates, temporary residence cards, or permanent residence cards in Vietnam that have expired for 15 days or less without permission from competent authorities".

Previously, on July 6, Da Nang City also issued administrative penalties for six Chinese people for violating the above regulations.
