The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has granted a license to Mr. Jung Jihoon (stage name Bi Rain) to perform at the final round of the Miss Vietnam 2016 contest.

According to License No. 2463/GP-BVHTTDL, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism allows two companies in Ho Chi Minh City to invite Mr. Jihoon Jung (stage name Bi Rain, Korean passport number M41873862, issued on October 22, 2015) to perform in the art program of the final round of the Miss Vietnam 2016 contest. Time from August 26 to August 28 at Phu Tho Stadium, Ho Chi Minh City.

According to the above document, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism strictly prohibits inviting Bi Rain to Vietnam to authorize, transfer, lend or lease this License in any form. At the same time, it requires these two companies, Mr. Jihoon Jung and related organizations and individuals to strictly comply with the contents of the License and current state regulations on performing arts, fashion shows; beauty and model contests; circulation and trading of audio and video recordings of music, dance, and theater and related legal regulations.
