When arriving at the above location, it encountered a motorbike with number 37F1-16351 traveling in the opposite direction, driven by a man (from Duc Thanh commune, Yen Thanh). Because he was holding his phone while driving, the motorbike driver could not handle the situation in time and collided with the truck.
