“Red Journey” is a cross-country blood donation campaign launched in 2013, aiming to change people’s awareness of voluntary blood donation and thalassemia; and to mobilize blood donations for patients during the summer. Over the past 3 years, Red Journey has traveled through 40 provinces and cities across the country and collected nearly 60,000 units of blood. In 2016, the Red Journey continued to be held in 27 provinces and cities across the country. This year 2016 is the 4th consecutive year that the Red Journey has returned to Nghe An. |
