Launching iron-hulled ship worth over 15 billion in Nghe An

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of July 25, Hoang Mai town coordinated with Song Dao Company (Nam Dinh) to organize the launching ceremony of the second iron-hulled ship in the province.

The ship owned by Mr. Phan Van Manh, Tan Hai block, has registration number NA - 99299- TS, capacity 822 CV. The ship operates with sparse gillnets, fishing in the Gulf of Tonkin and Hoang Sa.

The ship is 26m long, 7.2m wide with a total investment of 15.5 billion VND, of which BIDV Bank lent more than 13 billion VND, the rest was contributed by shareholders. This is the 25th ship built under the loan capital of Decree 67 of Hoang Mai town and the second iron-hulled ship of Nghe An province. Currently, Hoang Mai town is leading the province in the number of ships built under the loan capital of Decree 67, of which 12 have gone to sea for exploitation. In the coming time, banks will continue to speed up the disbursement of loans to support fishermen in building ships.
