According to this map, the average height of Vietnamese people is among the top 10 shortest countries in the world, ranking 4th (from the bottom) with an average height of 1.621m for men.

The countries with the shortest average height in the world are Indonesia, Bolivia, and the Philippines, respectively.

The Nilotic people, who live in areas near the Nile Valley, the lake system in the Great Rift Valley, and southwestern Ethiopia, are considered among the tallest people on Earth, with an average male height of 1.9 meters. However, Ethiopians are not among the countries with the tallest populations.
