Many types of fish are sorted right at the wharf. These days, fishing and seafood purchasing activities in Cua Lo are still taking place normally. The seafood exploited from this sea area is always fresh with the strong flavor of the sea, attracting tourists. |
 |
The batches of snapper are also carefully selected to serve tourists. The prices of seafood here are generally not expensive. Fresh snapper is only about 60,000 VND/kg. |

Talking about Cua Lo beach, we cannot help but mention mackerel. |

 |
At Cua Lo fish markets, there is also a service of grilling fish and packing it in boxes for customers to take home. Or if you want to eat it right away, the fish will be skewered and grilled on a charcoal stove, dipped in pure fish sauce, and served with herbs. Currently, the Cua Lo Grilled Mackerel Production and Trading Association has been established with 28 members. The Association has registered an exclusive trademark for Cua Lo grilled mackerel packaged using vacuum technology. |

Grilled tiger prawns are fragrant and irresistible... |

Tourists from other provinces are very excited about Cua Lo's seafood specialties. Mr. Nguyen Dinh Van, a tourist from Lao Cai, said: "On the first day arriving in Cua Lo, the first thing we did was go to fishing ports and wholesale markets to buy seafood to be sure what to eat and what to choose for our trip during this long holiday. Seeing is believing, it's very bustling, absolutely reassuring." |

In the late afternoon, the market begins to close, and fresh seafood from Cua Lo follows the women and mothers to all the villages above and below to be present in every family meal. |
