According to initial information, at the above mentioned time, a subject about 36 years old controlled a child about 10 years old and robbed a taxi on the main street in the center of Lang Son province.
The incident happened right when it was raining, causing people to panic and run around. When the subject reached the end of Hung Vuong Street (Chi Lang Ward), he saw a 766 Lang Son taxi parked on the side of the road, so he rushed forward and pointed a gun at the taxi driver.
Seeing this, the taxi driver panicked and immediately left the car. Immediately after, the driver staggered for a few dozen meters before being intercepted and arrested by Lang Son City Police.
Colonel Nguyen Trung Thuc - Director of Lang Son Provincial Police said that immediately after receiving the report, he deployed forces to block the streets in the city and arrested the suspect who used a gun to rob a taxi.
