VINGROUP invests in a multi-million dollar resort in Cua Lo.
(Baonghean.vn) - The People's Committee of Nghe An province recently issued Decision No. 2678/2016 approving the investment plan for the Vinpearl Cua Hoi Hotel, Entertainment and Resort Villa Complex project in Cua Lo town, Nghe An province, with a total value of 900 billion VND, invested by Vingroup.

According to the decision of the People's Committee of Nghe An province, the project aims to create a 5-star luxury hotel and resort complex, a luxury villa resort, a high-class entertainment area, and an ideal event venue in Cua Lo town, Nghe An province. This will create a new highlight in the overall socio-economic and tourism development plan of Cua Lo town, generating economic benefits and jobs for workers, especially local workers. These are Vingroup's first two 5-star luxury resort projects in the North Central region and in Nghe An province.
Project scale: Land area to be used: 38.75 hectares; area for resort villa construction: 69,300 m2; area for hotel construction (5 stories high): 5,000 m2; area for restaurant, customer support area and boat dock reception building: 10,000 m2. Location: Nghi Hai Ward, Cua Lo Town, Nghe An Province.
The Vinpearl Cua Hoi Hotel, Entertainment and Resort Villa Complex project is located on Cua Hoi beach – famous for its pristine beauty, just 5 km from the Cua Lo tourist center and 15 km from Vinh city. The resort is designed in a modern, upscale style, ensuring guests have a luxurious experience close to nature.
