*In Do Luong:Since the beginning of summer 2016, Do Luong District Youth Union has organized swimming and drowning prevention classes for children such as: equipping them with swimming skills; first aid skills in case of accidents... to help them improve their health, perfect their life skills to protect themselves and prevent drowning accidents.

In addition, at some locations with a large concentration of children, the Youth Union of communes and towns has organized forces to be on standby to respond in the afternoons to reduce drowning; and has placed warning signs at locations with ponds and lakes at risk of drowning.

Do Luong District Youth Union organized the installation of nearly 100 anti-drowning warning signs.

In addition, 33 commune and town unions have well organized summer activities such as art competitions, physical education, sports, and volunteer activities... attracting thousands of young people to participate.
