Cement truck runs over 13-year-old girl on the road

At about 5:45 p.m. on July 25, on Highway 70 through Dai Thanh urban area (Cau Buu, Thanh Tri, Hanoi), a serious accident occurred, killing a 13-year-old girl on the spot.

Ms. Ha, a clothing saleswoman on the side of the road, was shocked and said: "The girl was riding a bicycle when she slipped and fell onto the road. The cement truck with license plate 29C-33574 was driving right behind her and couldn't react in time, so it ran over the girl."

According to people living around this area, the girl is about 13 years old, living in lane 2, Cau Buu (Ta Thanh Oai commune, Thanh Tri district, Hanoi).
