After giving birth, singer Maya followed a balanced diet and exercise regimen to quickly regain her figure. She shared that she is currently quite confident in her body, so when the photo crew "tempted" her to take a bikini photo shoot this summer, Maya immediately agreed.
The beauty revealed that after giving birth to Bo Cau, she set a goal of burning 1,500 calories a day. Therefore, there were days when Maya had to wear a raincoat to sweat a lot. Currently, despite being very busy, she still practices yoga every day and maintains her measurements: 86 – 63 – 92 (cm).
Even before, Maya only wore size M but now she can wear size XS.
With quite a professional pose, Maya's stylist even joked that next year, she should be invited to participate in a fashion show as a coach.
