Coming to Da Nang, you cannot miss the fragrant, spicy snail dish on every street. But the cheapest and most popular place is the snail restaurant in Bac My An market. This is a favorite place of many students. Although the restaurant is very small, located right on the road to the market, it is always crowded. There are only two types of snails here: snail and apple snail. The snails are cooked very flavorfully, the snail broth is salty and sweet, with a little bit of shredded papaya.

A plate of snails costs only 7,000 VND. Normally, each person will order a plate, if you like, you can order an extra rice paper for 2,000 VND, dipped in snail sauce, very delicious.

Another famous shop in Bac My An market is Ms. Van's avocado ice cream for 7,000 VND. The avocado ice cream is fragrant, fatty but not greasy, served with coconut milk, dried coconut and peanuts. The avocado here is mashed by hand by the shop owner, not using a blender. In addition to avocado ice cream, the shop also has many other types of desserts and ice cream such as durian ice cream, custard apple ice cream, Thai dessert, mixed dessert... with prices ranging from only 7,000 to 10,000 VND.

No matter what season it is, when you come to Da Nang, you should try grilled banana sweet soup. The most famous shop selling this sweet soup is in a small alley on Ong Ich Khiem Street. Tiny colorful sea snails are stir-fried on a hot pan with many spices including lemongrass, chili salt, pepper, fried shallot oil, ginger fish sauce.

Che xoa xoa hat pomegranate is made from agar, pomegranate seeds are tapioca starch with black jelly and coconut milk.
