Receiving recommendations and proposals from districts, cities, towns, and affiliated party committees, representatives of the Provincial People's Committee, Departments, branches and sectors explained and proposed solutions to solve a number of issues such as: the conversion of forestry farms; land disputes in Tan Ky and Quy Hop localities; plans to allocate capital for site clearance for key projects, as well as the allocation of cement sources for new rural construction for localities; speeding up the progress of granting mining licenses, gathering wharves, etc.

Comrade Dau Van Thanh - Director of the Department of Home Affairs reported on the arrangement of Vice Chairmen of communes and wards according to the Law on Organization of Local Government.

Concluding the meeting, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Dac Vinh acknowledged and highly appreciated the results of localities in the first 5 months of the year. The Provincial Party Secretary emphasized: In June, the whole province thoroughly studied the Party's Resolution XII, requiring agencies and units to organize the study and implementation of the Resolution with quality and efficiency.

Localities in the province focus on harvesting the spring crop, deploying summer-autumn crop production; promoting the new rural construction program. The Provincial Party Secretary noted that in building new rural areas, localities need to pay attention to the landscape of rural areas; prioritize items and works for people to produce, increase income, and improve people's knowledge.
