Subject Dung reported to the police |
Upon receiving the report, Nghia Tien commune police screened the suspects in the area and found Nguyen Manh Dung (born in 1994), also living in hamlet 6, Nghia Tien commune.
This is a person with special circumstances (father died of a stroke, mother worked abroad for many years without returning, older sister and younger sister also work far away), Dung has no one to manage him, lives a vagrant life and is addicted to electronics.
Using professional measures, discovering Nguyen Manh Dung playing video games at a shop in an alley, Nghia Tien commune police invited the subject to the headquarters. Dung confessed that because he had no money to play video games, he wandered around at night and discovered Ms. Le Thi Binh's house with an electric bike parked in the neighborhood, so he broke the gate lock and took the bike away.
After taking the car, Dung took it to his grandmother's house to store, but not feeling secure, he sent it to Nghia Thang commune (next to Nghia Tien commune).
