(Baonghean.vn) - On the 4th day of competition, the 2016 National Phu Dong Sports Festival Volleyball Tournament, in the women's category, there will be 2 final matches of Group B; in the men's category, there will be 4 quarter-final matches.

Quang Nam and Quang Ngai teams had their last match before saying goodbye to the 2016 Phu Dong Sports Festival.

In the final round of Group B, the Quang Nam women's team won against the Quang Ngai team with a score of 2-0; the Bac Lieu women's team won against the Ho Chi Minh City team with a score of 2-0. At the end of the group stage, the 3 teams of Ho Chi Minh City, Bac Lieu and Quang Tri had the same number of points. The organizing committee will consider the sub-indices to rank first, second and third in the group; the top 2 teams will qualify for the semi-finals.

In the men's volleyball event, in the first quarter-final match, Nghe An team with even physique and superior tactics easily won against Quang Ngai team with a score of 2-0, the scores of the sets were 25-14 and 25-16.

In the remaining 3 quarter-final matches, Vinh Phuc team won against Binh Phuoc team with a score of 2-1; Hanoi team won against Ho Chi Minh City team with a score of 2-1; Quang Nam team won against Bac Kan team with a score of 2-0.

The two semi-finals of the Men's Volleyball Tournament will take place on August 6, with the home team Nghe An meeting Vinh Phuc and the Hanoi team competing with the Quang Nam team.
