On the morning of June 18, while operating an excavator to renovate the garden and hills for Mr. Tran Van Quang's family, Mr. Le Van Dung suddenly discovered a bomb. After discovering the bomb, the family reported it to the Quynh Thien Ward Military Command for a solution.

The bomb was discovered in Mr. Quang's garden.

Immediately afterwards, the ward authorities conducted an inspection, verification and report to superiors while providing strict protection to avoid endangering people.
