Technical Director Hans-Juergen Gede emphasized that the work and responsibilities of a technical director should be clearly distinguished from those of a coach. “My job is to understand the organizational structure and competition system of the entire football industry. From there, I will talk to coaches and experts to propose a specific competition system for football. Of course, supporting the head coaches of national teams is also part of my job,” said Technical Director Hans-Juergen Gede.
