Speaking to the National Assembly, voters from Quy Hop expressed their concerns that some prestigious village elders among ethnic minorities are currently provided with newspapers every year, but due to their old age, some of them are even illiterate, which is a waste. Voters suggested that the subjects should be classified to be provided with radio stations so that information can be grasped in a more timely and multi-dimensional way.

Quy Hop voters also proposed to maintain the investment level for communes and hamlets 135 according to Decision 55/TTCP on supporting 1.5 billion VND and 200 million VND/year for communes and hamlets 135 to invest in infrastructure construction.
Many Quy Hop voters expressed their opinions on the issue of considering the inadequacies: the locality is the place where the mineral resources are located, but when the Ministry grants the license, the Central Government receives 70%, the province receives 30%, and for mines licensed by the province, the province receives 100% of the mineral rights fee. Meanwhile, the locality must deal with environmental pollution and many other impacts but is not entitled to this benefit for reinvestment.
