Thu Ngân sinh năm 1996 tại Hải Phòng, hiện cô đang theo học ngành Quản trị khách sạn tại Thụy Sĩ. Trong đêm chung kết, Thu Ngân trả lời mạch lạc, điềm tĩnh so với 4 cô gái vòng ứng xử. Thí sinh nhận được câu hỏi: “Trong thời đại toàn cậu hóa, theo bạn có thấy cần giữ bản sắc văn hóa Việt nữa hay không, tại sao?”. Cô trả lời: “Bản sắc văn hóa là cốt lõi của một dân tộc, dù xưa hay nay thì bản sắc văn hóa là quan trọng nhất và chúng ta hội nhập chứ không hòa tan”.
Thu Ngan was born in 1996 in Hai Phong, she is currently studying Hotel Management in Switzerland. "As everyone can see, I only remembered the keywords and the meaning of the question, so I read it wrong. Because I read a lot of books, my ability to skim through is quite fast. I myself feel sorry for that incident," Thu Ngan explained the reason for forgetting the question in the behavioral round.

Previously, Thu Ngan expressed her dream of helping one million Vietnamese people, including the poor, the elderly, children and young people who have not yet oriented their future. When she won the beauty queen title, she decided to use 90% of her prize for charity.
