A new business class lounge has just opened at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, featuring a luxurious, green space divided into areas such as a buffet, coffee shop, reading area, and relaxation area.
| On August 19th, Vietnam Airlines (VNA) and Tan Son Nhat Airport Aviation Services Joint Stock Company (SASCO) launched the Lotus Lounge at the international terminal of Tan Son Nhat Airport, Ho Chi Minh City. The lounge, spanning 553 square meters and accommodating 140 people, meets the standards of a 4-star airline as rated by SkyTrax and complies with SkyTeam airline alliance standards. |
| The lounge is situated in a lush green space and is divided into separate areas such as: a buffet area, a coffee area, a reading area, and a relaxation area. |
| Lotus Lounge is the third lounge, after Rose and Apricot, to be upgraded and put into use. At the end of August, SASCO will open a lounge at the domestic terminal and continue construction on the remaining lounges. |
| This business class departure lounge is decorated with plenty of greenery, preventing the space from feeling sterile or dull. |
| The coffee area offers beautiful views of the runway. |
| It feels comfortable and luxurious. |
| The dining tables each had only two chairs, separated by colored lamps. |
| The lounge is also equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and multiple power outlets, catering to passengers who frequently need to work online. |
| Newspaper and magazine racks are available for passengers to "kill" time. |
| The reading area is designed with small, private spaces to provide passengers with a quiet and peaceful environment. |
| The buffet offers a wide variety of European, Asian, Japanese, and vegetarian dishes. |
| A small room is equipped with desktop computers for passengers to work in, along with printing equipment, a fax machine, and USB ports for charging electronic devices. |
| The relaxation area is equipped with massage machines. |
| The lounge also includes a pet-keeping area for passengers. |
| Both the men's and women's restrooms are equipped with changing tables for babies. Mr. Duong Tri Thanh, General Director of Vietnam Airlines, said that the opening of this lounge is a continuation of the airline's continuous efforts to improve and enhance the quality of its products and services in order to provide the best experience for passengers. |
