Voter Dang Thi Le Hang, People's Court of Cua Lo town: There needs to be solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles when implementing policies into life.

Voter Dang Thi Le Hang, People's Court of Cua Lo Town, reflected: There is a fairly common situation in current marital relationships, where the defendant is abroad without an address, and neither spouse often leaves or goes missing.

To end the marriage, the person who requests a divorce from the missing person must file a lawsuit and request the Court to resolve the matter. Although the regulations are like that, in reality, when resolving the divorce from the missing person, problems arise. There needs to be a solution to remove the difficulties and problems when implementing the policies in life.
