While patrolling on Ho Chi Minh road, in Tan Ky district (Nghe An), the working group of Traffic Police Team No. 3, Traffic Police Department of Nghe An Province discovered a passenger car with license plate 37B-015.42 with many suspicious signs, so they signaled to stop for inspection.

Traffic Police Team No. 3, Traffic Police Department returned the buffalo to Mr. Hai's family.

On the same day, the authorities identified the buffalo as belonging to the family of Mr. Le Chu Hai (born 1987) in Hamlet 11, Nghia Hanh Commune, Tan Ky District. The authorities completed the procedures to hand over the property to the family.

Currently, Tan Ky District Police and related units are pursuing the suspects.
