Young man breaks lock and steals motorbike in the middle of the street.

(Baonghean.vn) – The incident occurred at 10:30 AM on July 31st at the clothing store located at 51 Le Hong Phong Street, Vinh City.

According to the store's security camera footage, at that time, a young man wearing black clothes walked past the store.

Then, the suspect circled back and approached the Wave motorbike with license plate 37B2 – 57980 parked on the street. In just over a minute, the suspect broke the lock and quickly snatched the motorbike, speeding away.

It is known that the motorbike stolen by the thieves belongs to Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga (residing in Cua Nam ward, Vinh City). Ms. Nga is currently a sales employee here.

Ms. Nga said: "When I arrived at work this morning, I carefully locked my motorbike. When I left, it was gone. After checking the security camera footage, I realized it had been stolen."

After discovering the incident, the victim reported it to the Hung Binh Ward Police. Immediately afterward, the police arrived to take a report and collect evidence, including a video clip recording the incident, to continue the investigation and clarify the matter.
