(Baonghean.vn) - Continuing the working program in Nghe An province, on the afternoon of August 16, the National Assembly Delegation and the People's Councils of Xieng Khouang (Lao People's Democratic Republic) and Nghe An provinces held a seminar to exchange experiences on the activities of the National Assembly and People's Councils.
