(Baonghean.vn) - By constantly promoting ideological work down to the grassroots level, Dien Chau has effectively implemented Party Resolutions at all levels. After more than 1 year of implementation, the District Party Committee has achieved many important results, creating a solid foundation to soon achieve the set targets.

The Resolution of the 21st Congress of the Dien Loi Commune Party Committee determined: Labor export is one of the key directions to promote the economic development of the commune. After issuing the resolution, the commune committee developed a project and focused on implementation. Through a team of reporters and propagandists, the mobilization of the people was promoted. By finding export markets and creating trust among the people, up to now, Dien Loi is one of the communes with the highest number of overseas laborers in Dien Chau with 340 people, an annual revenue of over 48 billion VND, accounting for 33% of the total production value of the commune.

Thanks to good propaganda, the work of exporting labor has had very good results."

Hamlet 5, Dien Loc commune is a typical unit recognized by the province in building new rural areas. The breakthrough chosen by the hamlet is developing infrastructure and shifting agricultural structure. Initially, there were many doubts and even objections because many people thought this was the work of the State. However, with the participation of the propaganda team, the obstacles in people's thinking were resolved. Thanks to that, people contributed funds to complete the cultural house campus and concretize 100% of inter-hamlet roads. In particular, the hamlet's single-variety rice field has the highest yield in the district with 4.2-4.5 quintals/sao, raising the value of each hectare to 70 million VND/year.

In addition to the Party Cell having a leadership resolution, it is necessary to promote the role of Party committees and Party members in doing a good job of propaganda, mobilizing people, and mobilizing people's strength.”

To build trust and consensus among the people, making them see their role as the subject in implementing the Party's resolutions requires ideological work to be one step ahead. Therefore, immediately after completing the Party congresses at all levels, the Party Committees from the district to the grassroots level have action programs. Accordingly, ideological work not only has the propaganda team but also mobilizes the entire Party Committee and the political system to participate in order to clarify the ideology. With the motto "holding hands to show the work", the form of oral propaganda is considered by the people to be practical, easy to understand, close and highly effective. Thanks to that, after 1 year of implementation, the Party Committee has achieved important results with an economic growth rate of nearly 8%, 15 communes have reached the finish line in building new rural areas, the average income per capita reached more than 30 million VND/year, and the poverty rate is 5.3%.

Prominent and urgent issues or ideological issues are always promptly advised to the Party Committee and authorities for direction and resolution, thereby creating high determination in implementing the goals set by the District Party Congress for the 2015-2020 term."
