According to the statement, the victim's name is Nguyen Thi R. (born in 1968), residing in Que Phong district. Before going to Vinh city to visit her daughter, Ms. R. went to a hotel in Thai Hoa town to stay overnight to buy some necessary things to bring down as gifts for her grandchild the next morning.
