| Tran Van Kim (born in 1989) is a truck driver living in Dak Nong province. Previously, this young man caused a stir in the domestic car enthusiast community when he built a Lamborghini Reventon. However, Kim's first car was not as expected, which prompted him to continue building a second car. |

| With 70 million VND, Kim bought an old 1984 Nissan Silvia 2-door car to restore. However, the biggest difficulty for this young man when starting to transform the Silvia into a Shelby Cobra 427 was that the frame systems of the two cars did not match each other. |

| Kim had to rebuild the car completely, cutting off the excess and adding in the missing parts. This process was very time-consuming. According to Kim, the total time to build this car took nearly 7 months. There were days when Kim worked continuously until 10pm before going to sleep. However, due to the nature of his job, he had to travel a lot, so there were days when Kim did not have time to work on the car. |

| However, building the frame is not the hardest part of the car. The most difficult part of the construction process is the muscular curves of the Shelby Cobra 427. Because there is no bending machine, everything is hand-formed by Kim. After building the frame, Kim uses thin sheets of metal to weld it on the outside. This is a technique that requires a higher level of skill than the Reventon Kim built. |
