6 steps to self-check your health within 1 minute
Just a spoon and within 1 minute, you can know if your liver, kidney and respiratory system have problems or not.
1. Test your eyesight by looking through a window frame.
How to do it: Cover your right eye with your hand and look at a large window for 30 seconds. Then repeat with your left eye.
The macula is the part located in the center of the retina that helps us perceive sharpness, color and clarity of images.
Diagnosis: If you see the lines of the window frame parallel to each other, it means your eyes are completely normal. If the image of the edges of the window frame is deformed, distorted, concave, unfortunately you have macular degeneration.
Macular degeneration in its late stages is almost impossible to treat. However, the disease often progresses slowly, lasting for a period of time, so we can prevent the disease with timely treatment and nutrition.
2. Breath test with spoon
How to do it: To find out if your breath is a problem, use the edge of a small spoon to scrape your tongue, as close to your throat as possible, to collect the mucus on the surface of your tongue. Then, put the spoon in a sealed plastic bag and leave it under electric light for 1 minute.
The final step is to smell it and check its smell.

Diagnosis: A healthy tongue has almost no plaque on it, but on the contrary, thick, colored and smelly plaque is a warning sign of respiratory, liver, kidney and intestinal diseases.
But if the mucus has a fruity smell, you are at risk of diabetes. If the mucus on the tongue is thick, yellow, and has an unpleasant ammonia smell, it is an early sign of problems with the kidneys and digestive system.
Some studies confirm that 90% of cases of bad breath have oral diseases such as gingivitis, tonsillitis or tooth decay.
3. Test circulation with a cushion
To do: To know if your body's blood circulation system is working well, try lying on a bed or soft sofa, raising your legs up to form a 45-degree angle with the bed/chair, then quickly twist your body so that your legs are pressed down on the mattress.
Hold this position for 1 minute then lower your legs, placing them perpendicular to the bed/chair at a 90 degree angle.

Diagnosis: If your feet are pale and return to pink after a few minutes, you may have a blood clot or be at risk for heart disease.
According to experts, in normal people, the legs will turn pink after 10-30 seconds. But in people with severe arterial blockages, the blood may take several minutes to circulate again. These people have a 30% higher risk of stroke or heart attack.
4. Measure stomach acid concentration with baking soda
How to do it: When you are hungry, drink a spoonful of baking soda.

Diagnosis: If you burp less than 5 minutes after taking the medicine, it means that your digestive system is completely fine. The cause of burping is due to stomach acid reacting with the medicine to produce carbon dioxide gas.
Conversely, low stomach acid levels can cause digestive problems such as poor nutrient absorption, indigestion, and heartburn.
When stomach acid levels are too low, you should avoid using antacids, as they can make digestion worse.
5. Test your alertness by drawing a clock
Directions: Draw a clock on paper, fill in all the numbers and point at 3:40.

Diagnosis: If you have difficulty drawing circles or numbering things in the wrong order, you may have mild cognitive impairment or early dementia.
To be recognized as a sane person, you must meet the following 4 criteria: draw a closed circle, number in the correct order, enter all 12 numbers and point at the 3:40 angle.
Scientists claim that the clock drawing experiment can diagnose the brain's memory, cognition, and executive functions.
6. Test your flexibility by crossing your legs.
How to do it: Stand in front of a mirror, cross one leg, squat down, and stand up without any other assistance, without kneeling on the ground.
Note that people with osteoarthritis should not try this exercise as it can cause joint damage.
