Some behaviors subject to disciplinary action include: discovering that officials, civil servants, public employees, or workers under their management violate the law in the performance of their duties; and the head of the organization failing to take decisive measures to stop such violations.

In addition, the following behaviors will also be dealt with according to regulations: giving directives contrary to Party regulations and State laws; causing waste of State budget and assets; failing to complete assigned tasks within the specified timeframe; lacking responsibility and shirking responsibility; allowing subordinates to engage in corruption and waste…

This decision concretizes Quang Ngai province's determination to improve the quality of leadership, direction, and management in handling work by officials and civil servants, especially those in leadership positions; to accelerate administrative procedure reform and attract investment in the province.
