Accordingly, at around 2:00 a.m. on August 23, at the house of Ms. Lo Thi Loi (60 years old, Troi hamlet, Nghia Khanh commune, Nghia Dan district), there was a conflict and argument between her and her biological son, Dang Cong Khanh (31 years old). Khanh used an aluminum-wrapped pipe at both ends to hit Ms. Loi repeatedly on the head, causing her to faint in a pool of blood.

Not stopping there, when his wife, Le Thi Hanh (32 years old), who was 6 months pregnant, tried to dissuade him, Khanh used a cigarette to hit her.

Running away from the house, Ms. Hanh called for help from her neighbors. Neighbors rushed over in time, and her family and the neighborhood police took Ms. Loi and Ms. Hanh to the hospital for emergency treatment. The commune police were present to protect the scene and reported the incident to Nghia Dan District Police. Due to severe head injuries and heavy bleeding, Ms. Loi died at 11:00 a.m. on August 23.

Authorities have conducted a crime scene investigation and autopsy to serve the investigation and handed over the body to the victim's family for burial according to local customs.

Currently, the investigation agency is completing the case file to prosecute the case in accordance with the law.
