18 communes and towns in Phu Loc district (Hue) have installed cameras and connected to the district via the network.

On August 26, Mr. Nguyen Van Manh, Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Loc district (Thua Thien-Hue province), said that the district had just completed the installation of cameras in 18 communes and towns in the area, and at the same time connected the network to the district, to monitor civil servants at the "one-stop" document reception department. Each headquarters installed three cameras, at a cost of nearly 25 million VND.

According to Mr. Manh, installing cameras at the headquarters of communes and towns will help district leaders monitor and evaluate the attitudes and working methods of officials and civil servants. From there, they can give timely instructions to build trust and serve the people better.
