Based on the budget balance, the People's Council and People's Committee at all levels have annually arranged and added 71 billion VND to the loan capital (for policy households), of which in the first 8 months of 2016, localities have transferred nearly 15 billion VND to the Social Policy Bank for lending, including: Provincial budget 8 billion VND; District budget nearly 7 billion VND. The localities that have performed well are Vinh City, Nam Dan, Yen Thanh, Thanh Chuong, Ky Son, Quy Hop, Tan Ky, Do Luong...

Thanks to additional capital support from the local budget, the Social Policy Bank can effectively implement social credit policies in the area.
