Viet Bamboo Boo NA One Member Co., Ltd. is a business specializing in the production of rattan and bamboo products for export, attracted by the locality to invest in the production and trading of handicraft products in the area. After being introduced by the locality to industrial parks in the commune with preferential policies, the business owner did not agree.
On July 10, Mr. Phan Trong Thich - Director of the company sent a petition to the National Assembly delegation wishing to build a project on the Rao Boi Roi land, but because this was a planned reserve land, Nam Giang commune did not approve it. In that situation, the National Assembly delegation went to the field to verify the actual status of the land location that voters requested to invest in the project.

Survey at Rao Boi Loi Area. |
Through the actual survey, the delegation found that according to the land use planning of Nam Giang Commune in the period of 2010 - 2020, this area is agricultural land, there is no planning for the development of craft villages and small-scale industries. If there is a change, it will take 5 years to have a new plan. Near the location proposed by voters, there are industrial parks adjacent to Cau Don Industrial Park - Van Dien Commune, Nam Thai Industrial Park, so investors in need will be given favorable conditions to carry out the project construction process as quickly as possible.
Through the survey, the National Assembly Delegation recorded the actual situation and will announce the conclusion on handling voters' petitions as soon as possible.
